Mini Game: Practicing Time Management

Following the presentations, we introduced a Mini Game to help participants practice time-management in a fun and interactive way.

  • Game Title: "Complete the Tasks in 10 Minutes"
  • Objective: Successfully complete a list of 5 small tasks within 10 minutes.
  • Rules:
    1. Each team of two was given a list of tasks
    2. Teams had to plan and allocate tasks efficiently using time management techniques like the Matrix or Pareto Principle at the start.
    3. Time limit: 10 minutes.
  • Outcome: This activity not only encouraged teamwork but also gave participants hands-on experience with effective time management practices.

Here are some of the photos captured during the game.

Future Prospects

This launching Lightning Talk event was not only a platform for knowledge sharing but also a space for fostering connections and learning from one another. The Mini Game was particularly well-received for its high interactivity and practical value.

We are especially looking forward to more collaboration and knowledge exchange with both companies, whose opening presentation set a strong tone for the event.
